Happy St. Patrick's Day!
The corned beef has already been cooking away in the crockpot for a couple of hours now...I absolutely LOVE this meal...I look forward to it every year...Unfortunately my hubby really doesn't care for it, but he agrees to eat it once a year just to make me happy :0)
Our home is smelling sooooo good right now...Better go add those potatoes!
