Mary Ann from "Gilligan's Island" demonstrates a unique way to peel a potato...I haven't actually tried this myself, but I found it very interesting :0) If anyone's tried peeling a potato this way, let me know if it works...Thought it might be a good way if you were making a big batch of potato salad...Mmmmmmm....Potato salad, now that sounds good ;)

Hmmm, interesting! I think I might have to try this just for kicks....although I do have a 5 year old master potato peeler who might be disappointed with a new method. ;)
