Lemon Basil Dressing

Pasta Salad w/Lemon Basil Dressing...

This is what I made and took over to the neighbor's house yesterday for Super Bowl...Of course, the women spent most of the day chatting while the men watched the game =) 

Dressing:

1/3 cup olive oil

1 1/2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice

2 minced garlic cloves

1/2 Tbsp. minced fresh basil

1/2 tsp. salt

1/4 tsp ground pepper

Pasta Salad:

Spiral pasta

Garbanzo beans

Green pepper

Red pepper

Olives

Capers

Fresh chopped parsley

1 jar of marinated artichokes

Salami (cut into strips)

Shreaded parmesan cheese (or Feta cheese)
