1. Where did you meet?
The very first time we ever met was at a retirement party for a friend’s dad. He was there with my friend’s ex-boyfriend. To make a long story short, I DIDN’T like him at all. About a year later or so, we met again at a restaurant/bar/grill with a group of friends, and we’ve been together ever since! If somebody had told me years ago, “You’re gonna marry that man some day,” I would have told them, “You’re CRAZY”!

2. How long did you date b/f you were married?
Six and a half years!!!!!

3. What does he do that surprises you?
We know each other so well now; so nothing surprises me. However, every birthday and Valentine’s Day he takes me out to dinner, and it’s always a surprise where we’re going. He picks the place, makes the reservations, and I never know where we’re going until we get there -- how sweet!

4. What is your favorite quality of his?
He’s a very loyal, hardworking guy.

5. Does he have a nickname for you?
“Missy” Sometimes when we meet people, they really think that’s my name :-)

6. What is his favorite food?
Anything Mexican w/ tortillas, of course!

7. What is his favorite sport?
BASEBALL, BASEBALL, and BASEBALL!

8. When and where was your first kiss?
That same infamous night when we met for the second time and starting dating!

9. What do you like to do together?
We enjoy traveling together, going out to dinner, and Angels baseball games!

10. How did he propose?
Awwww…this is a good one. It was February, he took me on a cruise -- Cozumel, Mexico, and the Grand Cayman Islands…He was very nervous…It was the last night of the five-day cruise -- Valentine’s Day…He got down on one knee out on the deck of the cruise ship in the rain…Very romantic!

11. Does he have a hidden talent?
He’s actually a pretty good softball pitcher…He’s also a great 1st baseman.
Oh, and what always amazes me is how he gets our truck packed for camping. We practically take everything but the kitchen sink, and he ALWAYS fits EVERYTHING in -- not an inch of room to spare! Don’t know how he does it!

12. Who said "I love you" first?
He did, of course :-) (heehee)

13. What is his favorite type of music?
We have completely opposite tastes in music…He likes hip/hop, old school dance music, that kind of stuff…Yuk! On long trips, our rule is: Whoever drives gets to pick the music!

14. What do you admire most about him?
He’s never called in sick. No matter what, sick or not, he happily goes to work every day...
Also, he would do anything to help his family and close friends.

15. Do you think he will read this?
Nope…He says he doesn’t have time for “My Face.” He gets My Space, Facebook, and Blogs all mixed up -- too funny!
